Memorable "Making A Difference" Moment:
I'm always pleased by the strong connection between the product we sell and the support we offer to property managers. I remember one day when I received a call from a property management company that was having a hard time selling the insurance. I suggested that some extra training might help, so the following week, I visited their office and met with some key staffers. I was able to offer extra insight by touching upon several scenarios where CSA's travel insurance provides coverage. During that session, I'd hear: 'Insurance would cover that?' and right away, they were able to remember certain clients who could've used travel protection in the past, and definitely, could use it
in the future. When I was leaving, the office manager thanked me for explaining the insurance in terms they could understand. In fact, she sold her first policy that same day, and has continued to sell since then at an increased rate of more than 100%.
