Checklist: What Info Should You Have When You Call? Our Customer Service Department always enjoys some quality phone time. Often, when CSA representatives interact with our vacation rental partners, it sounds like old friends chatting away. The pleasantries flow freely, and it becomes clear that time breeds familiarity and comfort. As with its representatives, the same can be said of CSA’s phone processes. The more you experience them, the more comfortable you become, and the more effectively we can serve you and your clients.
This is especially true when a property professional needs to purchase or get a current or future quote for travel protection over the phone. Many of you have done this and know the drill. However, since new partners come on board each day, we thought we’d do a quick review. Specifically, here’s a checklist of information you should always have handy:

It’s hard to select exact moments, but this year, I’ve especially cherished a road trip North Carolina, one of our leading territories. The in-person contact I’ve had with our vacation rental partners has stood out as rewarding. Also, I’ve enjoyed providing on-site training that highlights CSA’s recommended sales techniques for its products. The same joy extends to instances when partners need our help supplying traveler-friendly wording for their websites or property listing catalogs. Basically, it’s always positive to see that our partners understand that travel protection can boost their revenues and add value to their vacation offerings.
